STUDIO POLICY

Effective: April 7, 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY

Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies (illness, family emergencies, etc.) at the teacher's discretion.

MAKEUP LESSONS

Makeup lessons are offered only when the teacher cancels. Student cancellations are not eligible for makeups.

PAYMENT

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month, in advance.
Payment is due by the 1st of each month.
A card on file is required for all enrolled students.
A late fee of $15 will be applied to payments not received by the due date.

HOLIDAYS & STUDIO CLOSURES

Tuition is billed as a flat monthly rate regardless of holidays or studio closures. Some months may have more or fewer lessons — this averages out over the year.
