✓Your whole studio week — in twenty-eight minutes.
What you get
Everything a music studio needs, built to feel natural.
Not generic SaaS with a music-teacher theme. Every screen was designed for the way music teachers actually work.
What teachers are saying
Real notes from real teachers.
What’s included
Six tools. One monthly fee.
Scheduling without spreadsheet gymnastics
Build your week, create lessons quickly, and give accounts a clear place to see what is coming up.
Invoicing without the awkwardness
Create and track invoices, record payments cleanly, and keep every account balance easy to understand.
Your whole roster, organized
Every student, every parent, every note — searchable. Tag by instrument, level, or whatever makes sense.
Communication that sticks
Lesson notes, schedule changes, announcements. One thread per account instead of scattered texts.
A real studio presence
A polished account app for schedules, invoices, and messages, with the same data on web, iOS, and Android.
Works from your phone
Check your schedule between lessons, send an invoice from the grocery store, message a parent from the couch.
Stop juggling apps
Your studio shouldn’t live in ten places.
Most teachers piece their week together across spreadsheets, email, Venmo, paper notes, group texts, and a handful of apps that don’t talk to each other. StudioKit is the one place all of it lives — so none of it falls through the cracks.
✓A whole week of admin — brushed aside in seconds.

Questions
The usual before-you-sign-up stuff.
- How is this different from Fons, My Music Staff, or Duet?
- Those tools started years ago and show it — dated UIs, feature bloat, and pricing built around larger studios. StudioKit is new, built specifically for solo and small-studio teachers, and priced accordingly. It's also actively built by two musicians who use it daily.
- Can I switch from another tool?
- Yes. Import students and past invoices from a CSV. Email us and we'll walk you through a migration in about 20 minutes — no extra cost.
- Do my students or their parents need accounts?
- Only if you want them to. Run a full studio without inviting a single student. If you invite accounts, they get the StudioKit app for schedules, invoices, and messages.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your studio data stays organized around students, sessions, invoices, and messages. Portable exports are part of the product plan before broader production promotion.
- Is there a limit on students or sessions?
- No. Unlimited students, unlimited sessions, unlimited invoices on every plan. The $10/month is all-in.

StudioKit is built by Matt Cook and Joel Gordon — musicians and software engineers in Kansas City. No venture capital, no corporate parent. We built this because we were tired of watching talented teachers waste time on admin.
